We would like to use examples to illustrate how goods are packaged correctly so that our suppliers also accept returns.
The following points must be observed:
- The original box/packaging must be undamaged, clean and present.
- No shipping labels may be attached to the original packaging.
The attachment of shipping labels is not permitted because the sticker will "damage" the carton or the sticker cannot be removed without damage.

In both cases, the return will be rejected because the items are no longer salable.
In addition, we do not ship the goods in this way. The goods always leave our warehouse as shown in this picture:
Please make sure to use the boxes and, if necessary, the filling material with which we sent you the goods. This is the only way to ensure a smooth process until the credit is created.
