Possible return costs when handling complaints
In the case of complaints about goods, no immediate replacement can usually be made. The goods are made available to the respective product manufacturer for assessment. Only after the finding can a decision be made about a replacement, a credit note or a negative message.
If the complaint is rejected by the industry, the following fees apply:
1. Processing fee €20.00 / order
2. Return of the goods complained about to tyre-world 15 € / package // 50 € / pallet
3. Return of the goods to the customer (if desired*) 15 € / package // 50 € / pallet
*if not desired: disposal by tyre-world, at 5 € / tire
If you wish, we will send you rejected complaints back, but we will charge shipping/packaging costs!
Alternatively, we offer you disposal at the above costs.
